Acceptance. A simple concept that once full understood can liberate you from your pain of loss or separation from a loved one. Most would relate the concept to accepting the fact of the matter.
However, even when that is done, it does not mean that the yearning and the pain will be any less easier. What I have come to realise is that by accepting yourself as a person, as someone who is worth living for, it will then allow for the healing process to take place.
No matter what circumstances you are in, until you accept yourself fully for what you are, you will never find that inner peace.
