“Be As Enthusiastic At Door Number 101 As You Were At Door Number 1”

Enthusiasm is a powerful drug. Its effects are infectious in nature. However, its supply is also quite limited. Or so most think. Imagine after a long day, and you are still required to maintain that level of enthusiasm as when you started in the day, would that even be possible. Now, we can all agree that with enthusiasm, things seem to be a lot better. People are generally more engaged and happier. But how do we sustain the same level of energy throughout?

Having a solid purpose as to why you are doing what you are doing is the number one way to go in my opinion. However, even that burns anyone out in the long run. So what then can we do to have that sustaining level of great enthusiasm? Recharge frequently.

Be it physically, spiritually or mentally. You need to recharge them all. Have your solitude time and space. Insert physical activities into your schedule. Get adequate rest. You might also want to give power naps a go if you haven’t already. Basically do your research on recharging yourself, try them out and see what works best for you.
