We all have those times where we have a ton of things to do but so little time to do them all. So we delay doing them as much as possible until the consequences of not getting them done become unbearable. And then you promised yourself to not go through the same thing again. But guess what, most probably would, again and again.
To attempt to do all the work that is waiting for us is for most, a big ask. So how then can we possibly get things done. Yes, we can implement all the time management and productivity tools and tips available in literature or online but here is something that most successful people realise.
If it is important to you, it has to be done first thing in the day. Simple.
Our energy and focus level is at its peak at the start of the day (note that I do not say mornings as some people start their day at later parts). Also, it is most likely the period where you have most control of your time and focus. Plus, your defence mechanism is also probably at its highest. Very essential to repel negative energy that might come from people or events around you.
So you already got your list of to-dos, you might just want to give this a go.
