Say “Thank You”, Even When Facing Hard Times

Giving thanks when we are in a good place makes sense. But do it in bad times, that is a big ask. Nonetheless, the strength that will come after giving thanks to whatever has befall you will lift you up like no other. The psychological shift that happens in the mind when giving thanks, especially in difficult situations, will allow you to see things in clearer perspective and make you realise that it is not what happens to you that matters, but what you do about it that does.
