Yes, sometimes you feel like there is nothing left but to just pack up your bags and quit. Be it a business, job, relationship, diet, etc. If or when you find yourself in that moment, you need to ask yourself a question – “What then?”
What will your next step be?
It is often very easy to simply quit on something (unless it is an addiction) but very few will think of the consequences and the next steps ahead. Do not let your emotions rule you, especially when you are stressed or in any other similar state.
Always remember, “what then?”
