Do not think for one second that you are without a gift. Stop comparing yourself with other people. Think back of some of the work or skills that you have been noticed and complimented for. There should at least be one, and that could very well be your gift. Perhaps you start to compare the level of that ‘gift’ of yours with others and you are left feeling dejected again, as you ought to be. But snap out of yourself. It is true that some are naturally more talented than you. But that is not what makes one successful in the end. A lot of practise and refinement needs to be put in to polish a gift. Only after you have done so, can you present it out there to the world. And as much as it is a gift, it is also a responsibility. A responsibility to do the best by it.
