Momentum is the ‘habit’ that you have adopted temporarily to your life. We all have that happened to us once in a while. Say exercise for example. Usually after we get started, we tend to build this momentum to keep on pursuing it, either because of the high that we were in due to some inspiration or realisation that health is important or perhaps because of the support from our loved ones. This initial burst of energy is important to lay the foundation to our journey later on. If our momentum is painful to go through. i.e. you do not enjoy it, or it is too intensive. You are only doing it because of external pressures. Then that will not last after the momentum dries off. However, if you enjoy the process and you can see good results, then there is a higher chance for you to sustain the momentum much longer and thus adopt it as part of your lifestyle.
