Offer Help Without Prejudice – Colour, Status or Religion

Lets make this clear. Helping the needy is help regardless of who the recipient is. Why do we have to stand by a ludicrous rule, that we should help our own first? And not just offer help to whomever that needs it? If the first person that come to us needs help and we are able to, shouldn’t that be the first person we attend to? Why wait till we see someone that we like or is similar to us that we then offer our assistance? Sometimes, we need to ask ourselves this, are our differences that important that it takes precedent over the value of humanity? If that is so, I care very little for all that makes us divided.
