We all have questions that we seek answers for. That is normal. And so is not using our own minds to find them out. Before we give ourselves a chance, we immediately assume that we can not think of the answer therefore we give up before even trying to. If only we give ourselves a chance. Start by asking questions on top of our queries. Things will either get more clear or complicated. If it is the latter, get some help to facilitate this important thought process. Believe me, it will be worth it.

Be In The Moment

Sometimes we get caught up by events, emotions or our environment where we tend to use our current precious seconds worrying about the future that have not yet happened. Some might argue the validity of that. However, the question here is simply with regards to the cost incurred in doing so. Is it worth it? We all know that lost time is gone forever but why do we not pay attention to it when stuff happens? If by you worrying now would make a difference to the result then by all means, knock yourself out. But if things are just beyond your control, take a step back and ‘smell the roses’. Enjoy the moments that you have right now. Just be in the moment and make the best out of it.

Don’t Eat Junk Food

As much as we love our junk food, the crispier the better, we know that they are not good for our body. More so, they are not good for our minds. Compare how you feel after eating them to nutritious ones. You would realise the latter makes your head clearer and more focus. Your body will feel more energetic and that irksome ‘lazy bug’ feeling does not appear. There are scientific evidences to back this up surely, but if you just can’t be bothered with those lengthy and wordy research, try it for yourself. The result is almost instantaneous. Come on, your dream deserves it.

Clarity of Mind Brings Inner Peace

When you are blessed with clear directions of where you are heading towards, you should be very grateful. A lot of people lived their lives trying to find meaning to their existence and most never lived long enough to at the very least, know it. This clarity of mind brings forth an inner peace in your heart where your actions are aligned with your being. However, if you choose to not listen to it and instead, heed everyone else and their ‘good intentions’, you will have a hard time finding it. So if you are having trouble finding meaning in your life, gift yourself a block of time, away from distractions and just listen to that inner voice.

And ask yourself this, “If you could do anything in your life, what would it be?”

The answer might immediately come to you or it could take some time but it will eventually materialise. And when it does, it is up to you – no one else – to make it happen.

Everyone Else Can Be Doubting Your Dream, But Not You.

Each of us have dreams that may seem unrealistic to most. And that is why it’s called a dream. However, that does not mean that it is unachievable. It just need a lot of hard work and doing what most are not willing to do. So do yourself a favour and have some distance from those that do not understand or support your dream. It is not because they are bad people, just that your paths different. Many people dream but deep down in their hearts, they tell themselves that it is impossible and so it is true, at least to them. Do not let their limiting beliefs shackle you from soaring to your own. Everyone else can be doubting your dream, but not you. Never you. Because one that becomes your reality, you will never achieve it.

Get Up Even If You Don’t Feel Like It

Emotions can be our source of strength and also our downfall. To be led blindly by them is not always the best way. Have in place some principles and values to guide you along this journey call life which is full of its moments that sometimes, even the best can be shaken. Do not let your emotions be the master of you. Master your emotions and make them work in your favour, always.
