Most of us like to think that we can do many things at once. And some may even take pride in it. However, while the idea to be able to complete a number of things in a limited amount of time is great in theory, it is not quite so in practise. You see, most of our brains are wired to focus on one thing at a time. When we do so, it usually becomes our best work. However, realise if you are working under duress or having your thoughts occupied with other things, your productivity level is quite fairly affected. Hopefully, it will then not be too late to realise that perhaps multi-tasking is best left to those that have no other choice but to do so or perhaps, to those who are not too concerned about the outcome of their efforts/work.
