It is really common and not forgetting, easy, to simply pick a side and fault others. It is natural, especially if you belong to one of the parties involved. You would pick your side and list down all the things that are not right with others. But we all know that isn’t the best way to settle anything. Who wants to be faulted? I doubt there are any who just loves to be told that he or she is in the wrong. The thing to note here is that, there is more than just one side to the story. The number of different parties involve will give you the fair amount of stories available. Hear them all out, open your ears. Do not come listening with an opinion already formed in your head. Seek to understand the situation from all sides, then your decision and take on it will be valid and not based purely on emotions and sometimes misplaced sentiments.
