Your mind is a powerful tool. It always has your back. It will find ways to make you be safe and right. It will make whatever you think about yourself true. So you need to play it right. Be extra careful with your thoughts, especially about yourself. Sometimes you feel down. That is okay. Just don’t let it get to your mind and you start to put negative thoughts into it. That could very well manifest itself into your reality. Unless you want that, it would be in your best interest to think well of yourself.
