Sometimes we need to just sit back and prune our thoughts. Clean them a little. Take stock of what is taking space inside our mind and throw the ones that are not helping us move ahead out. And how you throw those thoughts is by addressing them. Face them head on. To simply dismiss them would risk the possibility of it coming back again, perhaps even stronger. So you have to do what you have been dreading to do. Stop putting them at the back of your mind and face them head on. What is it really all about? One thing to be clear is that you should remember that you have the power to overcome whatever that is. Because life can happen to you but it is always about how you react to it. And then formulate a strategy and a plan to solve or get those thoughts out.
